Where are you located?

We are conveniently located in Unit #10, Small Business Development Centre, Fontabelle, St. Michael (Not the Small Business Association). You will not be able to enter from Harbour Road, you must enter from Fontabelle between the entrance to the Chefette drive-through and the Barbados Advocate.

Placing An Order

How do I place a booking with Nu Visual Rentals?

Place an order by visiting our online shop. Select the pickup and return dates first, then choose from the available equipment. Note that the “check availability” feature on the product pages/quick preview is only to visually show the available dates. You must select your pickup and return date and time on the rentals pages, or at the cart level.

How do I cancel a booking with Nu Visual Rentals?

Send us an email to [email protected] or a whatsapp message to +1246-231-1234 along with your order #.

Can I pay with credit card or a bank account?

Yes, you can pay by direct bank transfer, or with cash /credit card on pick-up, For online bank transfers, you may see the account information below.

How does my weekend rentals work since you’re closed by 12pm on Saturdays, and fully on Sundays.

If your project is on Saturday morning.

If the project is early Saturday morning and not too long, you can collect Friday and return Saturday by corresponding pickup time or by close of business 12pm (whichever is earlier). If it will go on for a long time, then you would collect Friday and return Monday at corresponding pickup time, therefore getting three full days at the two-day rental rate.

Your cart will automatically reflect the correct price.

If your project is on Saturday evening.

You can collect Saturday morning and return on Monday by the corresponding pickup time and it will be billed at just a 1-day rate.

Your cart will automatically reflect the correct price.

If you project is on Sunday.

You can collect on Saturday morning between opening and closing and you will get the rental up to the corresponding collection time on Monday at a 1-day rate despite the two day period.

Managing My Account

How do I create my account?

During checkout, you are required to create an account. This not only minimises the instances of automated bots making equipment unavailable, but also allows us to complete your in-person collection more swiftly.

How do I cancel my account?

To remove your account, please send an email to [email protected] with subject “Account Removal Request” from the same email attached to your account.
